80% cabernet sauvignon, 11% petit verdot, 9% merlot – all from the truly EPIC 2018 vintage, and grown on a vineyard that is certified Bee Friendly Farming, CCOF Organic, and even Demeter Biodynamic! Of course, none of that would matter if it wasn’t stark-raving DELICIOUS! (It is.) Toasty, and sumptuously decadent, with barrel-inspired notes of vanilla bean, and clove, with luscious dark chocolate, heady kirsch, momma’s mixed berry pie…just lip-smacking, teeth-staining goodness through and through. Black cherries and plums linger in the mouth, with a cooling uplift of bay laurel and graphite that carry this into a velvety and silky finish. It’s big, but focused and precise too!
